Arash Barez was born on February 18, 1987. He spent his childhood and youth in Iran. He has attained higher education and has got a BA degree in economics from Herat University. Arash has learnt music academically and he has been involved with music for 10 years. Arash created a musical band named “Aabi or - Blue” in Herat. He has been conducting musical activities with his friends who were the members of the band for many years. Arash Barez’s performances in the ninth festival of Afghan star, has spread his voice from the outskirts of Herat throughout Afghanistan and abroad. By getting the third position in this competition; he could sing his own band compositions with full power. Now, he is a host to the viewers of the “Super Star” show.
