He spent his elementary, secondary and high educations in the Jankhan School, Naderiah High School, literature Faculty of Kabul University. He established a music group, Shine, in 1976 and started his career in pop music. He has been involved as a composer since 1978 which more than 600 of his works were performed by the old and new singers.
The book of Taranehai Quque Barge Chenar is one his works for children. As a music researcher, he has gained significant achievements in researching and collecting the original musical works from 2006. He has been working as music director, composer, singer, music researcher, and manager of Barbud Prodction for Moby Group since 2014.
